Studio Policy & Procedures

~A $500 Booking Fee and Signed Contract are required to reserve a wedding date and time. This fee applies to your package, but is NON-REFUNDABLE if the date is changed or cancelled.

~The Engagement/Bridal Portrait Sitting may be traded for an additional 2 Bridal Pages or 3 Classic Color 8x10 Portraits, suitable for framing.

~A Pre-Wedding Conference, with both the Bride and Groom in attendance, is planned 2-3 weeks before the Wedding Day. This Conference is an opportunity to discuss specific details about your unique day. Leslie always welcomes your ideas and input.

~The balance on the Wedding Photography Package is due at the Conference or 10 days before the wedding date.

~Portraits by Leslie, Inc., will make every effort to accommodate your specific requests. However, circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. For this reason, no single pose is guaranteed.

~The Wedding previews will be available for viewing 2-3 weeks after your Wedding Day. They may be checked out of the studio for 2 weeks (other arrangements may be made if mailing to families is necessary).

~The Bridal Album will be finished and delivered 6-8 weeks from the date the order was placed.

~A 50% deposit is due on additional orders placed by family and friends. The balance may be paid upon receipt of finished orders.

~All reorders will be handled through the Bride and Groom. No part of the original bridal album or finished reorders will be released until all is paid in full. Administration of these payments is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom.

~All shipping and handling charges will be billed to the Bride and Groom.
